February has arrived, and has brought along a brand new book selection. Here’s what I’m reading this month:
Brooklyn Bat Boy by Geoff Griffin – The girls and I read this book while taking part of Multicultural Children’s Book Day, and we can’t recommend it enough. You can see our full review here. Technically we read this one last month, however we enjoyed it so much, we are actually reading it a second time.
A Visual Defense by Robert Velarde – My apologetics pick of the month. Every topic covered starts out as a conclusion, the author goes on to argue for or against each statement by providing the premises, objections and rebuttals in making a case for and against Christianity by using diagrams to illustrate each point.
Homeschooling From A Biblical Worldview by Israel Wayne – The decision to remove our children from the public school system with the intention to homeschool was not one we made lightly. Our desire is to show our children the world through the eyes of God. In this book, Israel Wayne encourages homeschool parent to think Biblically.
Twisted Leaves by Chris Conrad – The girls and I are enjoying this mystery. Look out for a full review next week!
In case you missed January’s book selection, you can find it here. I’d love to hear about what you’re reading this month, or any book recommendations you might have.
